Inspiration for this work is from a row of spirea (bridal's wreath) shrubs that I planted in 1997. They bloom heavily in the spring here in Mississippi. As an abstract, it makes a very showy, colorful statement on the walls of your home or office.

Welcome to my galleries. I painted exclusively in the 80's, then later fell in love with photography. After many years of doing portraits of families, children, seniors and weddings, I finally slowed down and started challenging myself to look at things around me differently. I will always love photography, but I am rediscovering painting as well. My galleries will include both..I am simply an artist at heart and always will be.
